Origination
Strong projects surface through fragmented, informal channels and never reach institutional attention.

Pan-African mandate
CapAfrik aligns the three pillars behind every major African venture — corporate operators, sovereign authorities, and institutional investors — securing regulatory, commercial, and financial alignment before capital is deployed.
Our Compass
Vision
To be the firm international capital trusts to identify, pre-vet, and present Africa's most bankable infrastructure and industrial projects.
Mission
We originate and structure high-impact African infrastructure and industrial projects, clear the sovereign hurdles they face, and place them directly with the institutional capital mandated to fund them.
The Problem We Solve
Capital is available. Investment-ready, sovereign-cleared projects are scarce.
Strong projects surface through fragmented, informal channels and never reach institutional attention.
Sponsors bring commercially viable ideas that lack the documentation and structuring standards institutional funders demand.
Permits, concessions, and regulatory approvals stall transactions long after commercial merit is proven.
Even prepared projects lack a credible route to the DFIs, funds, and investors mandated to finance them.
Our Method
A disciplined mandate lifecycle, from initial screen to financial close — handled by a single accountable counterparty throughout.
Mandate scoped and the project tested against bankability criteria.
Documentation, sponsor readiness, and the funding case assembled to institutional underwriting standards.
Sovereign, regulatory, and permitting pathways resolved.
Cleared project presented to matched DFIs, institutional funds, and investors.
Advisory and negotiation support through to final signing and financial close.
The Opportunity
CapAfrik aligns the three pillars behind every major African venture — corporate operators, sovereign authorities, and institutional investors — securing regulatory, commercial, and financial alignment before capital is deployed.

Generation, transmission, and transition assets. Africa holds around 60% of the world's best solar resource but under 2% of installed solar capacity, alongside substantial hydro, wind, gas and geothermal — and over 600 million people still without reliable supply.

Corridors, ports, rail, and regional trade hubs. Procurement is active across the continent under government-backed frameworks; the bottleneck is not appetite or need, it is bankable structuring.

Bulk water, treatment, and municipal infrastructure — long-life, sovereign-aligned assets with predictable demand and a clear public-interest mandate behind them.

Special economic zones and industrial hubs. Under AfCFTA, processing minerals, food and inputs closer to source — batteries, fertiliser, packaged food, light industry — is where margin is captured and where governments are actively incentivising investment.

Africa commands roughly 30% of global mineral reserves, including cobalt, platinum, manganese, bauxite, and lithium. We coordinate the sovereign alignment, energy access, and institutional capital needed to move these assets beyond raw extraction into in-country processing and bankable supply chains.

Fibre backbones, data centres, and ICT networks. Mobile penetration is high but fixed broadband, backbone and tower assets remain thin, while mobile money already moves over a trillion dollars a year.
Our Value Proposition
Distinct, direct value for each party in the transaction.
A direct execution route to DFIs, private credit, and institutional capital — engaged once readiness and sovereign alignment are secured.
A single accountable partner that translates national infrastructure priorities into bankable, commercially viable transactions institutional capital can underwrite.
A pre-vetted, de-risked pipeline of sovereign-aligned African projects structured to institutional underwriting and deployment standards.
The same accountable counterparty from the first screen through to financial close — and through delivery after that.
For Investors
Most of the market shops finished projects at whoever will listen. We reverse it. Register your mandate and we go source, validate and structure African opportunities built to fit it.
